Soothing Lavender
It’s Saturday morning and I’m so happy to be sitting in my own apartment at my own desk instead of my client’s desk. Don’t get me wrong….I’m grateful for the work and mighty happy to have money coming in every month, especially when there are all too many people who neither have work nor any prospects on the horizon. But, when you’re in the throes of Monday through Friday and stress is washing over you like a bad dream, it’s hard to maintain perspective. Know what I mean?
I’ve become a big advocate of sending gifts to myself. The keyword there is “sending”. There’s something about receiving a package in the mail that is just a little more exciting than something from the store. You select something online, place your order and in 3 or 4 days it arrives but in the meanwhile, you’ve gotten busy and kind of forgotten about that little thing that’s winging it’s way to you but one day….there it is – a spa gift basket.
Turn on your favorite music, light some candles, put on your best lace and prepare to luxuriate in lavender salts and soothing lotion. All those cares and the expectations of others will dissipate. This is the life you deserve!!

I admire what you’ve performed here. I like the element wherever you say you’re undertaking this to provide again but I would presume by the many comments that this really is functioning to suit your needs as well.
